Robert W. DeKelaita CASCA Treasurer Robert DeKelaita is a prominent immigration attorney based in Chicago , Illinois , where he lives with his wife, Ester, and his two boys, Ashurbanipal and William. He earned his J.D. from Loyola University of Chicago’s School of Law , and his earned an MA in International Relations from the University of Chicago and a BA in political science and philosophy from the University of Illinois .
